Anger Management

As part of our community outreach, FPC hosts Anger Management Classes. These classes focus on reducing the effects of anger on the person and family, self-control, and refocusing techniques. Some participants enter these classes as recommended by the judicial system, however, they are open to the public.

Classes are held weekly on Sunday mornings, 8:15 a.m., in the McKinney building. If you are new, start time is 7:45 for orientation.
