They're lost in a world that offers no hope,
while we are the ones to blame.
Generation X they are branded.
Society gave them this name.
What hope can we give to the children we love,
when, as parents, our hands are tied?
Stripped of the right to teach our young
by Government rules we must abide.
Perversion haunts the streets we walk.
Strange lifestyle acceptance, they seek
As liberal laws are forced upon all,
Hell is the harvest we'll reap.
Drugs and alcohol stake their claim
on those who choose to partake.
Premarital sex became a way of life.
Godly morals we now forsake.
Our children are called Generation X.
Their chance of survival is slim,
We, their parents, will share in their shame
unless we act to save them.
Since the 1960's, America has fallen.
Is their need to ask ourselves why?
When God and prayer were removed from our schools,
depravity worsened as the years went by.
If our silence continues, many will perish,
bringing delight to Satan, our foe.
Our unsaved young will never see Heaven,
and Jesus, they will never know.
So before we call them Generation X,
it's time we face this fact.
Our silence must end, as our voices proclaim,
to America, "We want our God back!"
