Just Call My Name

Child please don't turn and walk away,
for I know your suffering and pain.
I've come to take your hand in Mine,
if you'll only call out My name.

I stand in line and await My turn,
but when there, you push Me away.
Why won't you take this hand I give
and allow Me to show you the way.

I've walked this road before you,
and I know the right way to trod.
All the others lead to hell;
only one will lead to God.

Others will try to lead you,
but in them, you'll only find shame.
For only I can show the way,
but first, you must call out My name.

When tears of despair begin to fall,
know that Mine are falling too.
Can't you see how much I care,
for child, I'm crying with you.

This road is long and narrow,
and, at times, you may stumble or fall.
Remember though, I'm always near.
You need simply, only to call.

So now the choice is yours to make.
Which road do you wish to claim?
Life or Death, which will it be?
Please child, call out My name...
